Powder Curing Oven

Batch curing ovens that bake and level sprayed powder into the final coating — electric, LPG, natural gas or diesel heating.

Heating Source
Electric / LPG / natural gas / diesel (model dependent)
Working Temperature
180 °C typical; max. 250 °C (up to 400 °C on selected model)
Temperature Stability
< ±3–5 °C
Heat-up Time
15–30 min (at 180 °C)

Overview

After powder is sprayed in the spray booth, the workpiece is placed in the oven for curing. The powder is cured by high-temperature baking and levelling, becoming the final coating with its intended finish.

Ovens are built with galvanised steel and rock-wool insulated wall panels, with forced air circulation through vertical and variable perforations in the walls. Size, colour and specifications can be customised to your requirements.

Key Features

  • Heating by electricity, LPG, natural gas or diesel (depending on model)
  • Rock-wool insulated wall panels, 100–150 mm thick
  • Forced air circulation through vertical and variable wall perforations
  • Control system with LED display to set temperature and curing time
  • Trolley, overhead track or rail transport options
  • Size, colour and specifications customised to your requirements
